These delicious Japanese-style ravioli are as soft as they come. In this recipe, we offer them seasoned with a sweet and sour sauce with fresh herbs.

How to reheat gyoza?

Remove the gyozas and place them in a pre-oiled steamer basket (Marguerite or bamboo basket). Warm the basket over a pan of boiling water for about 5 min. or you can place them on a baking sheet in your oven at 100° for 12 minutes.
