the secret of a successful Veggie blanquette:
faux chicken (wheat protein and mushrooms), onions, carrots, button mushrooms, bay leaves, thyme, pepper, salt and, of course, lots of love, all in an ultra-smooth sauce with exquisite flavours.

I’d forgotten how delicious it was.

You can, of course, reheat it the next day or two. If the sauce is too firm and unctuous, add a little water.
