The Products sold on the ya-ka.becom website comply with the regulations in force within the European Union and have performances compatible with non-professional and/or professional uses.
In no way can the seller commit to a result with the customer. Consequently, the Customer may not hold the Vendor liable in the event that the coaching program does not, in the Customer’s opinion, produce the expected effects.
Products supplied by the Vendor benefit from the right of withdrawal by operation of law and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions,

Payment

The customer has several means of payment:

Repayment terms

No reimbursement will be made if you are connected to the member platform.
No refunds will be made after all or part of the product ordered has been downloaded.
Refunds of services ordered are only possible if such an option is mentioned on the sales page of the service concerned and under the conditions specified there.
